Apprenticeship Standards

New Apprenticeship Standards are being developed by employer-led Trailblazers, following the October 2013 Government announcement to reform Apprenticeships so that they are more rigorous and responsive to the needs of employers.

The Trailblazers are made up of leading large and small employers and professional bodies, in a wide range of sectors. These employers have been collaborating to design Apprenticeships for occupations within their sector. The standards they have designed will be the basis for new Apprenticeships in England.
